About the Event
This Broker Responsibility course is the TREC promulgated 6 CE hour course taught with a focus on how the various requirements impact commercial real estate. This course is required to be taken during each license renewal period by Brokers who hold other agent licenses or Sales Agents who are Designated Supervisors. Other Brokers or Sales Agents who may not be required to take the course can benefit from learning more about TREC requirements for Brokers and also acquire the 6 CE hours that will count as part of the 10 "Elective" CE hours required for license renewal.
